Asham releases EP

Singer and medical doctor Elizabeth John, better known as Asham, recently released a five-track EP titled ‘Bloom’. Describing the inspiration behind the title of the project, Asham says the name ‘Bloom’ symbolises spring and is a reflection of the past year. “It’s a season I feel I’m in as I step into the limelight. It’s been a long time coming, but I’ve learnt so much over the years and it’s time to show the fruits of my labour and my love for music. It’s still inspired by the four seasons” she says. The EP features her brother, Kushim, who recorded, mixed and mastered the music while the beats were produced by Slage Pro.
