Every year, Ramadan dramas provide an opportunity to discover new actors, including children, teenagers, and young adults making their first appearance on the small screen, especially during the holy month, which is considered the month of television par excellence in terms of production, viewership, advertisements, and commercials. Among the young actors who have distinguished themselves this Ramadan, we find the duo Tasneem Shaham in the role of Shaima and Saad Sarti in the role of Rayan in the series “Old Wound,” which airs on Channel One at iftar time. The former plays the role of a teenager suffering from family problems who falls victim to the temptation of a person who exploits minors, while the latter plays the role of her brother, who is exploited by his father to carry out a series of thefts, one of which leads him to be temporarily placed in a juvenile detention center (reform and rehabilitation), which almost destroys his future. ...
