Standard College Rwashamaire teachers Aneb Mwesigye and Naboth Twesigye in torture video arrested

The two teachers who were seen in a viral video excessively punishing their student Brian Akampa have been arrested and detained by the Police. The two males were identified as Aneb Mwesigye (31) and Naboth Twesigye (30) from Standard College Rwashamaire, Ntugamo. In the video, Aneb and Naboth were seen harshly caning the 16-year-old Brian Akampa and the two have been remanded in custody in Ntungamo on charges of assault. The Standard College Rwashamaire teachers appeared in court, where Magistrate Nassuna Sharon presided over the case. ...
