The genre’s influence has extended beyond national borders, with some international artists praising Singeli and even considering it a potential Grammy-winning sound. However, despite its growing popularity and the success of several Singeli artists on global stages, the genre still faces significant obstacles that hinder its full international breakthrough. While Singeli has gained considerable recognition both locally and internationally, it remains in limbo, struggling to fully capitalise on its potential.
