Rwandan model and former beauty queen Charlotte Umulisa, popularly known as Princess Cici, has announced her engagement to her Polish boyfriend, Chris. The proposal took place on Sunday night, March 17, in Warsaw, Poland, where Umulisa currently resides and works as a model. Speaking to InyaRwanda, Umulisa revealed that she and Chris have been in a relationship for over a year and have built a strong bond. She expressed her joy, stating that she has found someone special with whom she is ready to build a future. Following the engagement, the couple has already started planning their wedding, though no official date has been set.
