He is recognized as one of the most respected voices in contemporary Sudanese music. his songs tell stories that revolve around everyday issues of Sudanese youth, using a poetic rendition of the simple, colloquial Arabic of modern day Sudan. In November 2020, WD Alzain released the EP "Son of Justice", a project that reflects Sudan's socio-political scenario after the revolution.
