Tems is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer. She gained fame after featuring on Wizkid's 2020 single "Essence" and earning a Grammy Award nomination. Tems released her debut extended play, For Broken Ears, and her second extended play, If Orange Was a Place. In 2022, she was featured on Future's single "Wait for U" and won the Grammy Award for Best Melodic Rap Performance.
